6. Orders and Contract Formation

6.1 Invitation to Treat: The product descriptions and prices displayed on our website constitute an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us. 

6.2 Order Acceptance: A Contract will be formed only when you receive an email from us confirming your Order ("Order Confirmation"). We may reject any Order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud. 

6.3 Order Verification: We reserve the right to verify all information contained in your Order before acceptance. You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the Contract, but in any event not later than the delivery of any Goods supplied under the Contract. 

6.4 Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be clearly indicated at checkout. Your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.

7. Pricing and Payment

7.1 Prices: All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. 

7.2 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your Order will be the price displayed on the Website at the time you place your Order. 

7.3 Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any Orders placed for products priced incorrectly, even if your Order has been confirmed. We will notify you of such cancellation and provide a full refund. 

7.4 Payment Methods: We accept UnionPay. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. 

7.5 Payment Processing: Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at the time of Order placement or before delivery of the Goods. 

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1-3] business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

8.2 Shipping Methods and Costs: Available shipping methods and associated costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. 

8.3 Risk and Title:

  • Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you upon delivery to the Delivery Location or, if you fail to take delivery, at the time when we attempted delivery. 

  • Title: You do not own the Goods until we have received payment in full. 

8.4 International Shipping: For deliveries outside Hong Kong SAR, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are your sole responsibility. Customs policies vary widely, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. 

8.5 Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if you are not available to accept delivery, any reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
